Disney is paying 4 billion dollars to purchase Spiderman, X-men, Ironman and 100s of other Marvel characters. Disney well also own most of their publishing and licensing properties. And some soon to come films. The original comics well remain the same. Its suppose to be a new dawn for Marvel comics.
