There might be a Ghost Busters 3 in the making. Sigourney Weaver said in an interview that she was contacted about the film but doesn't know if she well or wont be in it yet. She also gave away big surprises like her growing up to become a ghost buster and Bill Murray's character becoming a ghost himself.

The list of iTunes most bought apps, movies and songs is out. The biggest apps consist of The Sims, Flight Control and Organ Trail. Top movies Star Trek and Twilight. And the most bought song of 2009 is "Boom Boom Pow" by the Black Eyed Peas.

Gadget of the year


Verizon's Droid wins gadget of the year. It was gadget of the year by Time. The went with the Droid and not the iphone just because of Verizon's superior network. Its motorola's first big phone since 2005 when they came out with the razor.

No Doubt sues


No Doubt deciding to join Courtney Love by suing Activision for guitar hero 5 and Band Hero. She apparently didn't know that you could use her character to play other artists songs. Now Activision is suing her, they claim that it is publicly known that characters are unlock able and able to be used for any song.

Google is giving flyers a present this holiday season. Google is setting up free wifi at 47 US airports. It only lasts until January 15, 2010, but if you fly from Burbank or Seattle the holiday season keeps on going the free wifi well last all year.

DVD-BlueRay


Warner Bros. is offering a new program. The new program lets you mail in your old DVDs and for a cost of $8-$10 they well mail you back the same movie but in Blue Ray form.

AOL is looking for volunteers


Thats right AOL is looking for 2,500 of its employees to voluntarily get fired. Either way they need to fire 1/3 of their staff. If you volunteer to get fired you get a higher severance package.

YOUTube now with subtitles


Youtube now has subtitles. Down at the bottom of the screen where the volume button, there is soon going to be a new button for subtitles. There are 51 languages so if you're deaf or just can't understand what they're saying you have help.

Modern Warfare breaks record


Modern Warfare breaks sells records, selling over 4.7 million copies in one day. Its also the largest video game launch ever. Broke the last largest launch helped by Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City which had 3.7 million in one day. Modern Warfare 2 made 310 million dollars for Activsion in one day.

COD modern warfare 2 banned


Russia banned Modern Warfare 2. Thats right, apparently due to a airport scene involving a gun down of innocent Russian civilians in a Russian airport, Russia banned the game and is taking all the copies of the shelves. Game developer Infinity Ward said they would cut out that scene they still have to get the Russian government's approval.

Itunes is planning on setting up a tv service on your computer. It will charge $30 a month. So far though no tv networks have signed to let their shows on it. It is expected that Disney will be the first to let itunes use their content being how Steve Jobs is the majority share holder.

AT&T sues Verizon


AT&T sues Verizon over commercial. AT&T is suing Verizon over their new commercial that shows Verizon's 3G coverage next to AT&T's 3G coverage. They're suing because Verizon makes it look like AT&T hows no service but Verizon argues that it clearly says its only talking about its 3G coverage.

New Facebook movie

David Fincher is getting closer to starting his new film The Social Network. The movie is based on the founding of facebook and has just been casted with the kid from Adventure Land and the upcoming movie Zombieland will be playing Facebook's founder Mark Zuckerberg. Justin Timberlake will be playing Shawn Parker the creator of Nabster who then became president of Facebook. Movie is being co-produced by Kevin Spacey.

Family Guy

One episode of Family Guy got 179,997 FCC complaints. The parent television consul encourage people to complain about the show to the FCC about the March 8 episode a spokes man said " it contains gay orgies and babies eating sperm. I personally like Family Guy a lot. Its a really funny show and should never have to deal with some retarded parents complaining about how nasty the show is, if they don't like it they just shouldn't watch it.

Disney buys WideLoad Studios

WideLoad was created by Bungie co-founder Alex Seropian. He left after the first Halo was created. WideLoad has only produced two majors in the recent years, Stubbs the Zombie and the mini-game Hail to the Chimp. WideLoad has been quiet since its release of Hail to the Chimp in June of last year. The press says its currently working on a unannounced family consul game to be released in 2010. Disney is tasking WideLoad with creating original properties for casual, downloadable, and mobile games.

Google made a deal with sony to include the chrome browser on all the companys new pcs. Sony well be the first company to sell computers loaded with google chrome. This is googles first step to challenging microsofts internet explorer for market share. Right now 68% of computer users use ie compared to the 2% use chrome. Google hopes to change those numbers.

Its suppose to be like itunes between $1.99-$3.99 for a 24 hour one day rental.
